Need More Detailed Help? The first thing that is required to run a performance review is the link between your reviewers and reviewees. When you first subscribe to the Perspective system, the only person set as a reviewer in Perspective is the Head Teacher. If you need to set other staff as reviewers, please follow the Setting Reviewers and Assigning Reviewees guide. Staff will be unassigned, to begin with and need to be linked to a reviewer in order for the performance review to take place. Please see this guide for information on creating reviewers and setting up reviewees. Step-By-Step Instructions When you first navigate to the Performance Management page, it will look like this: This is because no staff members are set up to run PM reviews. To change that, click the Assign button. The box below will appear, allowing you to choose a reviewer to assign staff to: Select the reviewer from the drop-down menu and then click Assign Reviewees. The system will then load a list of all staff in your account that don't yet have a reviewer. Tick the box next to the relevant staff member (you can select multiple) and then click Add Selected. The following confirmation message will then appear (although of course it will contain your own name): That staff member will then be assigned to you for appraisal.
