The Planning Dashboard shows you a summary of all your targets. If you are part of a team, it also displays any plans you may have access to.
The steps below outline how to view targets relating to you and how to view any development plans that you have access to.
Viewing Targets Related to You
From the Planning page, choose the time frame from the drop-down menu at the
top. This checks the date on each target and only brings back results in your selected range.
Select the appropriate option in the drop-down under My Targets, depending on whether you
would like to view targets you are responsible for, or targets you are monitoring.
Alternatively, you can view all targets by using the drop-down under the All Targets heading.
You can then click on the red View button. The number displayed within the button will tell you how many targets will be displayed once you click it. If the number isn't what you were expecting, you can tweak your search beforehand so that you don't have to apply it every time.
Once the view button is clicked, you are taken to a list of targets related to your search. You can then go into the targets and update them by clicking on the name. There are additional filters available on this page if you need to narrow down your search.
For more information about the All Targets page and on how to apply filters and export PDF target reports, see the Filtering & Searching for Targets guide Generating a Custom Targets Report guide.
Viewing Development Plans Related to You
If you have access to either the school development plan or any team development plans, you will see a drop-down menu under the Development Plans heading. This menu will allow you to select any development plans that you are able to view or edit.
If you do not have access to any plans, you will see a View All Plans option. Click this to be taken to a page which shows you all published plans in your school. If a plan does not appear on that page, then it has not been published by the headteacher or team leader.
For more information on Development Plans, including on how to write and edit them, see the School Development Plan guide.
