How do I add a new feedback record?
You can create a new feedback record via your dashboard: My Dashboard > Dev Feedback > Add New or by clicking Perf Mgmt > Add New Feedback. For more information, click here.
Who can view the feedback record once it has been created?
Whether you set the record as Draft or Finalised will determine who can see it. This guide has more information on exactly who can see the records.
How do I copy a record?
Perspective allows you to copy a feedback record. This is useful if you need to quickly duplicate it for another person or team, as it saves you the task of writing it again from scratch.
To do this, write the record as usual, but click Duplicate when you want to copy it. This will
save the original record and then create a duplicate of it, which you can then edit for the next
person or team.
Once you copy a record, the new version opens on the screen. You can then tweak the content and save it as usual. The copy of the record will be set as a Draft by default.
How do I create my own feedback template?
Only members of the SLT can create custom templates. There are two methods of creating templates:
1) Create a brand new template from scratch.
2) Create a copy of an existing template.

Can I edit an existing feedback template?
The most important thing to know when editing templates is that you should not make significant edits to a template that has already been used by your staff.
Navigate to Perf Mgmt and click Edit Templates from the Development Feedback panel.
Click Edit alongside the template you want to copy. If you are sure you want to edit the template, click Proceed. For more information, please click here.
The grade set my school uses is not available. Can I create my own grade set?
If your school uses a custom grade scale (OGRI, MSNP, etc.) that isn't already built-in to Perspective, our Support Team can add this for you. Send your requested grade scale to perspectivesupport@angelsolutions.co.uk.
I have assigned a record to the wrong person.
If you have set someone else as the Feedback From and then left the record, you won’t be able to go back and edit it or view it. You can only edit or view a record if you are one of the record owners. Contact anyone set as Feedback From; they can update this for you.

Why can't I locate a feedback record?
There are a few reasons why a record may not be visible in your system.
The most common reason a record may not be visible is that you're not part of the relevant audience.
The record may have been saved as a draft and only be visible to whoever wrote it. Alternatively, if you are one of those people, you may have selected someone else instead or transposed the Feedback for and Feedback From fields around by mistake. Email perspectivesupport@angelsolutions.co.uk with as much information as possible, and we can investigate that for you.
