Revising a Performance Review/PDP

During the appraisal cycle, the reviewee has the opportunity to check the contents of the review and decide whether it is accurate or inaccurate, unless the feedback stage is skipped by the reviewer.

If the reviewer has made an error, or If the reviewee marks the review as inaccurate, the reviewer may be required to revise the review.

Revising a Review in Draft

To make amendments to a review that is not yet Active, navigate to the Performance Management Dashboard, locate the review by clicking on the Draft heading and click on the name of the reviewee or the edit icon.

You are then inside the review, so you can make any amendments necessary, before submitting for feedback, or skipping feedback and pushing straight into the active stage.

Revising an Active Review

To revise an Active review, navigate to the Performance Management Dashboard and locate the review by clicking on the Active heading. You can then click the reviewee name or the edit icon, to open the review, or you can click the Reset button, to move it back into draft.

Please Note: You can edit the review at any time when in active, however this will just update the current progress report. If you need the review to be re-agreed and for the information to be revised on the initial Review Statement Report, you will need to reset the review to Draft.

Revising a Review in Closed

You can also revise a review that is closed. To do this, navigate to the Performance Management Dashboard and locate the review by clicking on the Closed heading.

You aren't able to edit a closed review without resetting it to draft. So click on the Reset button alongside the review.

Please ensure that you download a PDF copy of the original Agreed review prior to resetting to draft. This report is overwritten with the new information when the review is moved into Active again and you may want to refer back to the original.

The review will then be moved back into Draft, so you can make any required changes.
