FAQs - Your Dashboard

How do I find data from previous years?

The items on your dashboard are ordered for the current academic year so that everything is as up-to-date as possible. The yearly dates run from the 1st of September to the 31st of August. You can go into each tab and change the date range if you need to see anything outside the current academic year.

How do I access my Targets?

This Targets tab shows you any targets you are responsible for. These can be standalone targets, or they may be on your performance review. To access the quick target edit screen, click on its name.

How do I respond to my Performance Review/PDP?

To give feedback on your review, click the Reviews tab and then click the Give Feedback option.

You can only provide feedback when your reviewer submits your review for feedback. Your reviewer can choose to skip this step.

Why can’t I add CPD from the CPD needs tab? Where are they pulled from?

CPD Needs are linked to your Performance Review, attached to the review, or standalone targets.

To add a new CPD need, navigate to the Reviews tab, which will display all your reviews/PDPs and their current status. If your review is active, the View button will be available to you, so click this to open the review.

Click on the CPD Needs tab and then New CPD Need - this will open the Add CPD Need section. Select a category, a term, and an academic year, then add any detail you want; when you are happy with the content, click Save & Add.

Please note that you can only access this functionality once your review is active.

How do I view my Development Feedback (Observations)?

The Dev Feedback tab shows you any that are directly related to you. By default, the list shows records where you are receiving feedback personally. There's a filter here that allows you to change the feedback type and the date range.

How do I reassign a reviewee to someone else?

From the Reviewing tab, locate the reviewee you would like to transfer to a new reviewer and click the Reassign option next to their name.  You will then be prompted to choose a new reviewer for them. Once you have done this, click Reassign.

If the new reviewer doesn’t appear in the drop-down list when reassigning, it is because they haven’t been set up as a reviewer in your system yet. See this guide for more information on how to set up a reviewer.

I can't find the Professional Standards template I have been asked to complete.

Professional Standards templates can be switched on or off, and this is useful if your school has a new version of a template or if they want to close one after a while.

If you cannot locate a template, please contact your SLT, who can check that it is available via the Perf Mgmt section.

How do I complete Professional Standards?

The Professional Standards tab shows you any professional standards templates available to you. Select the relevant template from the Standards menu and click Edit to fill one in.

Once completed, the grades will appear on your dashboard, providing that template is selected. You can access and edit them as many times as you need to. To print the standard, use the Print or  Print Blank options here.
