The Team Review Analysis page is available to all members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and provides a clear overview of how teams or departments are performing against their review framework. This page allows leaders to identify strengths, spot areas for improvement, and monitor progress across the school.
Please note: For grades to display on the Team Review Analysis page, the Team Review must be agreed.
Accessing the Team Review Analysis Page

Ensure you are a member of the SLT.

Hover over Self Evaluation and click School to access the main SEF dashboard.

Click Team Review Analysis.
Once on the Team Review Analysis page, you will see a matrix of grades for each team in your school that has been set up to complete a Team Review.

If a team has not completed their review or the review has not been agreed, grades will display as Not Graded (NG).

This ensures you can quickly see where follow-up or support may be required.
Downloading the Analysis
You can download the Team Review Analysis in either PDF or Excel format:

Click the Download Grade Summary Report button on the Team Review Analysis page.

Choose your preferred format (PDF or Excel).

The download will start automatically to your PC, allowing you to view, print, or share the report.
Downloaded reports are a great way to share insights with governors, SLT meetings, or curriculum leaders and provide a snapshot of your school’s performance at a glance.
