How to Switch Professional Standards Templates On/Off

Quick Steps

  1. Click Perf Mgmt
  2. Click Edit Templates in the Professional Standards panel
  3. Use the On/Off toggle.

Any member of the SLT in your Perspective account can switch Professional Standards templates on or off. This is useful if your school have a new version of a template or you just want to close one after a while.

Click Perf Mgmt, then click on Edit Templates within the Professional Standards panel.

Next to each template, you will see an on/off switch. If a template is switched off, it won't be possible for anybody in the school to use it, and it won't appear in the drop-down box when completing Professional Standards (until it is switched back on).
