Say hello to TILDA - the first in a new generation of intelligent assistants that will support school and trust leaders across the entire Angel Solutions product family. Her first deployment begins inside the SEF module of Perspective Premium, with tools designed to reduce workload, support reflection and help leaders work more confidently with the new 2025 Ofsted Framework.
For more than a decade, Perspective has helped schools prepare for inspection - from early S3 and S4 frameworks through to today’s national SEF and planning tools. TILDA represents the next phase in that journey, combining trusted, sector-aligned processes with the power of AI, all within the tools you already use.
Built specifically for UK education, TILDA has been trained using our Bite Size Questions (BSQs), school improvement terminology and inspection-aligned language - not generic AI content. Her role is to work with leaders, offering intelligent support while preserving professional judgement, authenticity and narrative voice.
The result: a reduced workload, clearer communication, and a coherent SEF document ready to be agreed upon and shared.
Note: TILDA is currently only available for the Ofsted framework.
What TILDA Can Do
1) Import & structure existing SEFs (Word/PDF).
Already written your SEF? Upload it, and TILDA will automatically analyse it and place the content into the correct sections. No copy-and-paste required.

Working inside a section, click TILDA: Refine to improve clarity, structure, and tone in line with Ofsted criteria. Add optional context to help, such as emphasis, things to avoid or tone.

Our BSQs already map out every SEF section in detail, ensuring you get a full, detailed picture of each section within the framework. TILDA can turn your BSQ graded responses into a coherent, Ofsted-aligned first draft, reflecting your collective evidence.

Get Started With TILDA
Navigate to to Self Evaluation > School
Ensure Ofsted (2025) is the selected framework
Option A: Click Upload & Autofill to import a Word/PDF SEF.
Option B: Open a section and click TILDA: Refine to enhance existing text or generate from BSQs.
Review TILDA’s suggested draft and rationale, compare with original text, then click Insert New Draft.
When happy, Agree Grade & Text (or Agree All from the dashboard) to publish.. It's that easy!
