Verifying Your Email Address

When your Perspective account is newly created, you’ll be asked to verify your email address. This is an important security step that helps protect your account and confirms we have the correct contact details on file.

Step 1: Find the verification prompt

If you haven’t verified your email yet, you’ll see a message on your Perspective homepage prompting you to do so. It will look like this:

Step 2: Send the verification email

Check the email address shown in the prompt:

  • If it’s correct, click Send verification email now.

  • If it’s incorrect, update it first, then click Send verification email now.

Step 3: Open the email and verify

Once sent, you should receive an email similar to the one below:

Open the email and click Verify Email to continue.

Step 4: Confirmation in Perspective

After clicking Verify Email, you’ll be taken to a confirmation page in Perspective like this:

Once this step is complete, return to Perspective Lite and the homepage prompt will disappear, confirming your email has been successfully verified.
