When a feedback record is created and Finalised, the staff member for whom the feedback was for has the opportunity to provide some comments. This is a chance to add any notes about the record itself, its accuracy, supporting evidence or just a note to say you agree with it.
Quick Steps
- From your homepage dashboard, select Dev Feedback.
- Find the record and click on the speech bubble icon.
- The record will appear in a read-only view with a box at the bottom for your comments.
- Type your comments in the box and click Save Comments.

If you have a recent feedback record in Perspective, when you log in, you will see the below message.
Please Note: The number will vary depending on how many records are available to you.
Click on this alert, or click the Dev Feedback tab on your Homepage.
On the right-hand side of the screen, click the icon that looks like two speech bubbles (shown below).
When you click that icon, the record will appear in a read-only view with a box at the bottom for your feedback.
As you scroll down the page, the comments box will move with you, saving you from scrolling up and down each time you want to add notes!
Make sure everything is in order. Type your comments in the box and click Save Comments.
Your response will then be displayed on a page at the end of your feedback record PDF under the Comments heading.
