Perspective allows you to copy an existing development feedback record. This is useful if you need to quickly duplicate it for another person or team, as it saves you the task of writing it again from scratch, giving you more time for what's important!
To copy a record, write it as usual (click here for more information on that), and when you are ready, click Duplicate.
This will save the original record and then create a duplicate, which you can edit for the next person or team.
Once you copy a record, the new version opens. You can then make many changes as required, and the new record will be saved automatically for your new staff member or team.
Please Note: The copied version of the record will be set as a Draft by default.
